SPRINTwithFola, a program designed to help Black and ethnically diverse professionals in transit navigate career transitions with clarity, confidence, and strategy.

I know how disorienting career transitions can feel. I’ve seen how even highly skilled professionals can lose their sense of direction when their experience doesn’t seem to ‘fit’ in a new environment.

When I relocated to the UK, I applied the same principles I now teach. I identified my transferable skills, built a clear positioning strategy, and refined how I communicated my value.

Within just two weeks, I secured a Partner role at a Learning and Development firm, not because of luck, but because I understood how to align my story with opportunity.

That experience reinforced what I deeply believe. Career success in transition isn’t about starting over. It’s about learning to tell your story strategically and confidently.
